Your Story, My Tools, Our Creation

Editing is where movies are made or broken - Joe Dante

Here’s the lowdown on Edit—your go-to for crafting snappy, scroll-stopping videos that pack a punch. Whether it's a 15 or 30-second clip, I'm here to collaborate and bring your vision to life.

Edit: 15 / 30 Seconds

I'm diving into editing with tools like DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro, learning the ropes and experimenting to find what works best. For sound, I'm exploring GarageBand and DaVinci Resolve Fairlight, aiming to enhance the audio experience. When it comes to visuals, I'm getting my hands dirty with Unreal Engine and Apple Motion, trying out VFX and 3D elements. For stills, I'm using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Luminar to tweak and perfect images. And for design and organization, Pinterest, Canva, and Notion are my go-to platforms to brainstorm and structure ideas.

Each project is a learning experience, and I'm excited to grow and improve with every edit. Let's collaborate and create something that resonates.

Fcpx & DaVinci Resolve/

Final Cut Pro X and DaVinci Resolve for my editing grind. Fcpx keeps it sleek and intuitive—perfect for slicing up content fast with pro‑level polish. When it’s time to make colors pop and give that cinematic glow, DaVinci’s grading tools are unmatched. Together, they help me turn raw clips into scroll‑stopping stories that hit different.

Apple Motion 5 & Unreal Engine 5/

Dipping my toes into Apple Motion 5 to create motion graphics and simple VFX. It's great for adding 3D text and basic animations . Still learning the ropes, but this typical apple minimal layout is helping me get started

UE 5, the powerhouse behind many epic games and films. I'm exploring its features like Nanite for detailed geometry and Lumen for dynamic lighting. It's a bit complex, but I'm diving into hundreds of tutorials and couple of courses to get the hang of it.

Both tools are powerful, and I'm excited to continue learning and creating with them. If you have any tips or resources, feel free to share!

Fusion & Nuke/

Fusion, the node-based VFX tool inside DaVinci Resolve. It's like building with LEGO blocks for visuals—connecting nodes to create cool effects. Still figuring out the ropes, but it's a fun ride!

Nuke, the industry-standard for high-end compositing. It's a bit complex, but I'm taking it step by step, learning how to piece together stunning visuals. Every session feels like leveling up in the VFX game!

Photoshop & Luminar/

Adobe Photoshop to craft eye-catching thumbnails and posters. Still learning the ropes, but it's exciting to explore its features.

Exploring Luminar AI for fast and intuitive photo edits. Its AI-powered tools make enhancing images straightforward.

Canva & Notion/

Canva; my go-to tool for creating stunning visuals without the fuss. From social media posts to posters, it's got templates that make design feel like a breeze. Still learning, but it's fun to experiment and see what I can create.

Notion to keep my projects and ideas in check. It's like a digital notebook where I can plan, track, and collaborate. Still figuring out the best setups, but it's helping me stay organized and focused. (ocd on desk!)
